Some classes will require an initial assessment or a 1-to-1 with our exercise specialist before first attending. Please get in touch before you start. Our specialist classes are run as small groups to ensure that you get the attention you need to meet your goals. Please bring a drink with you and wear clothes that you feel comfortable to exercise in.
