Move More Class

Our Move More class is all about building up your strength and working towards your goals in this.

If you are an active person and want to be challenged, then this is the class for you.

Designed with strength building in mind, Move More classes starts with a standing warm-up. Then a series of exercise stations follow, including treadmill, bike, kettle bells, dumbbells and resistance bands. On completion of the session, we finish with a gentle cool-down and a good stretch.

It is a low impact class, so it is kind to anyone struggling with joint pain, but don’t let this fool you. If you can perform the exercises comfortably, you will be handed a heavier weight… we do expect that you are likely to ache if you are attending this!

As with all of our classes, in our Move More class, we individualise and guide you through. If you have any niggles, do let us know before starting so we can adapt where necessary.

This is a 2 butterfly class, so it’s at a moderate intensity level. However in this class, we can work you up from a level 2.
