Anna Bailey


Anna joined Appetite for Wellbeing in 2016 offering support in an administration role.

Anna is a qualified, BACP-accredited Person-Centred Counsellor. Anna has worked in supporting people throughout her career, supporting young people in support worker roles, and as an advocate in mental health. She has also worked supporting families affected by a diagnosis of autism or Asperger Syndrome, and with personal experience, has a specialist interest in this area. She continues to work as a counsellor locally.

Anna is driven by a wish to help others and believes in a person-centred approach which allows the person themselves to take the lead in their own development, make decisions for themselves and work at their own pace.


  • BA Honours Degree in Psychology with French (2008)
  • Level 3 Certificate in Counselling Skills (2012)
  • Level 4 Diploma in Counselling (2014)
  • Post-Graduate Certificate in Autism & Asperger Syndrome (2017)


Anna is an accredited member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy, and is committed to working within their ethical framework.
