In partnership with Parkinson’s UK and East Lancs CCG, Appetite for Wellbeing are excited to be offering a pop up cafe at Victoria Park Pavillion, based in Nelson. This is the setting for our informal, relaxed gathering for anyone living with Parkinson’s. The sessions are an opportunity to drop in, have free refreshments and an opportunity to socialise with other like you. There will be a member of staff from Parkinson’s UK to welcome you and answer any questions.

We will have various health professionals available over the coming weeks.

The last funded cafe is 31st March 2017, however we are please to inform you the cafe is going to continue on a fortnightly basis for a small charge of £3.

Within the £3 you will receive 1 drink and Scone, plus all the advice and support will still be available from the Parkinson Nurse, Parkinson’s UK representative and Appetite for Wellbeing.
