Alan Bedford

Alan is a fully qualified Bowen Therapist, Reflexologist and Reiki Master.

Alan has always been fascinated by how the body works, and especially its ability to heal. When a family member became seriously ill, he discovered the benefits of reflexology, witnessing its positive effects. It was then that he decided to train to become a therapist.

Alan is passionate about the practice and its effects, and chose to dedicate all of his time to treating people with reflexology and Bowen therapy. He continues to keep up-to-date with the latest courses and theories in both modalities, and focuses on these two types of therapy as this give him the ability to develop greater depth of knowledge on his chosen modalities.

Alan offers Bowen therapy, Reflexology and Reiki at Appetite for Wellbeing.

Qualifications

• Level 3 Diploma in Reflexology
• Bowen Therapeutic Technique Diploma of Proficiency
• Reiki Master, Usui Shiki Ryoho Reiki
• Level 3 Anatomy, Physiology & Pathology
