Reflexology
What is reflexology?
Reflexology is a non-invasive complementary health therapy, based on the theory that the different points on the feet correspond with the different areas of the body.
Reflexologists do not claim to cure, diagnose or prescribe. Reflexologists work holistically with their clients and aim to work alongside allopathic health care to promote better health for their clients.
What can reflexology help with?
Reflexology promotes a feeling of relaxation and well-being and can help relieve symptoms of:
- digestive problems
- back pain
- headaches
- sciatica
- fatigue
- depression
- arthritis
- neuralgia
- hip & leg pain
