This session is completely seated and includes mobility and tai chi exercises that can be performed at home between classes.

Ideal for those with mobility issues, wheelchair users, those who struggle with breathlessness, new to exercise.

This class also includes a FREE brew.

We have various progressions from this class, which will challenge you further.
