Relaxation provides the mind with some stillness and opportunity for reflection. We often live busy lives and even the modern world we are frequently bombarded with phone calls, messages, alerts, music, information….the list goes on. This doesn’t allow for a lot of space to peacefully reflect, relax or even notice how we feel.
Our guided relaxation groups encourage that space and personal development. In a small group, a facilitator will lead you into your imagination through visualisation. This will support you to find a window of peace in your mind, and a space in which you can explore some aspect of self, building self-awareness and providing an opportunity for self-reflection.
Guided relaxation is facilitated by our counsellors, who will be happy to answer any questions that you may have.
Fees & Terms
The sessions are run as a 4 week programme, of 45 minute sessions.
£20 for the full programme. £6 for individual sessions.
