Personal Training for Health
Personal Training for Health is a chance for you to work one-to-one with our fitness instructor or exercise specialist.
Booking a one-to-one is an ideal opportunity if you:
- want pushing or to increase progression
- have a new condition, fall, injury, niggle and need a more tailored approach
- have specific questions related to your health and exercise that you’d prefer not to ask in a group session
- are working towards a specific goal
- can’t attend classes because times don’t fit your lifestyle
- would like to change class level but want to prepare for this
One-to-ones are an opportunity to have our undivided attention. We can observe, modify, progress and correct your exercises. We listen to your needs and ‘guide you to better health’.
Some clients access one-to-ones weekly. Meanwhile, others find that attending regular classes and a one-to-one every 6 weeks is beneficial to keep focussed on their progress.
- 30 minutes: £18
- 45 minutes: £26
- 1 hour or new enquiry: £32
