Philosophy

At 17 I was involved in an accident which left me partially paralysed from my left knee down, however my real battle happened a few years later. After surviving cancer in my early 20s, which resulted with me having two cardiac arrests and several days in a coma, I ballooned to 16 stone and a size 40 inch waist. It was at this time I decided that instead of giving up and accepting what I had become, I was going to fight myself fit! Under the guidance of extremely knowledgeable trainers, I soon had my weight and waist to what I was comfortable with, and maintained it ever since. It was not an easy ride, but it was worth it! I have trained with many people over the years, and all have been motivated to push themselves further than what they thought with my help. So no matter what level of fitness you are at, come and have a chat with me about how we can achieve your fitness goals. I can produce exclusive training plans to suit your needs that are realistic and achievable, and I will work with you until you have developed the confidence to train on your own. I ensure that you will have fulfilling and rewarding sessions that will be fun all the way!
