If you have a complaint about a class or treatment at Appetite for Wellbeing, please in the first instance bring it up with the practitioner – perhaps they can resolve this with you directly.
If you don’t feel that a complaint has been dealt with effectively or don’t feel able to speak directly with the person involved, please raise the concern with Vicky Rayson. Vicky will then work with you to resolve the complaint and liaise with the practitioner where necessary.
