Our personal trainer is Wes Chaudhry.

Wes has over 20 years experience and knowledge of the fitness industry and in helping people get back on their feet after knockbacks through ill health or injury. Having fought many battles himself, he is no stranger to effects this can have on the mind and body but with a positive attitude and determination to succeed, Wes will show you that nothing is impossible.
