Monday afternoons and Wednesday evenings
Although Pilates can be used to train those at high performance levels, it can also be used very effectively to target postural muscles that support us in our everyday lives. it can be tailored to meet the needs of almost anyone who wants to try it!
This class will be a beginners level. The only requirements are that you can stand unaided, that you can get down onto the floor and up again (a little help can be given if needed) and that you are happy lying flat on the floor.
Please wear comfortable clothes, be prepared to take your shoes off and bring a large towel with you to class. Mats will be provided.
Contact before attending
An one to one prior to attending is required at a cost of £25 for 30min with Physio Debbie. The purpose of the one to one is to teach correct and effective technique to use within the classes.
