Low Mood

Many people suffer from low mood, which might be described as sadness or feeling down. This could be because of events in a person’s life or may feel to be out of the blue. It can be associated with changes in sleep, in eating habits and in motivation.

Counselling can help to explore the feeling of sadness and the lack of motivation, offering insight into the feeling and looking towards change. Counselling can provide a safe space to get in touch with these feelings, to better understand them and to be able to consider what could make this different.
