Wednesdays 2.45pm, £7 per class
This is a one hour physio-led progressive exercise class to improve balance and reduce your risk of falls. It can be very helpful for people with a range of conditions, e.g. people with arthritic knees.
The class is run in blocks of 8 weeks, so please contact us to find out when the next block of classes is starting, or if you would like more information or have questions about the class.
